Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are free of pet hair, makeup, or perfume.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
